Send it directly to the recipient, or have it emailed to yourself to gift later.

Your recipient can redeem their voucher online whenever they’re ready—it’s their adventure to choose.
Terms & Conditions
Validity: All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date will be clearly shown on the voucher.
Extension Requests: We understand plans change—expired vouchers can be extended for an additional 6 months upon request, as long as the original voucher hasn’t already been redeemed. Please contact us before the expiry date to arrange an extension.
Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed online through our Book Now page or by contacting us directly. They can be used toward any eligible experience unless specified for a particular trip.
Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Transferable: Vouchers are fully transferable and can be gifted to someone else if the original recipient cannot use it.
Lost Vouchers: Lost or deleted vouchers can be resent—please contact us with your purchase details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Standard booking terms apply once a voucher is redeemed. If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled within the allowed time, the voucher will remain valid.
